Who we are
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Nicki Lambert trading as Return to Radiance, based in Ferring, West Sussex. By booking a session, purchasing a product, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Payment is required at the time of booking for all services:

1:1 Somatic Breath Session (£65 single / £165 series of 3)

1:1 Somatic Breath & Sound Session (£85 single / £225 series of 3)

The Evening Exhale (£35 per session)

The 7 Day Exhale audio series (£29)
Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

1:1 Sessions
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 Somatic Breath Session or 1:1 Somatic Breath & Sound Session, so your space can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made after this window, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

The Evening Exhale
As The Evening Exhale is a small, capped group session, please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so your space can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If a session is fully booked, you're welcome to join the waitlist — you'll be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

The 7 Day Exhale
As a digital product, The 7 Day Exhale is non-refundable once you have accessed the audio content. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact me at returntoradiance@outlook.com and I will resolve it promptly.

Cancellation by Return to Radiance
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session or event, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full reschedule or refund.
Health, Safety & Contraindications
By booking any session or event with Return to Radiance, you confirm that:

You have read and understood any relevant health and safety information provided

You have disclosed any health conditions that may be relevant to your participation

You understand that breathwork and sound healing are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical treatment

You take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after sessions

I reserve the right to decline or pause a session if I have concerns about a participant's safety or wellbeing.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within my programmes — including but not limited to text, audio recordings, guided practices, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of Nicki Lambert trading as Return to Radiance.

The 7 Day Exhale audio series is licensed for your personal use only. It may not be shared, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.
Confidentiality
All information shared during 1:1 sessions is held in strict confidence. I will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return to Radiance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in any session, event, or programme.

My total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Changes to Services
I reserve the right to make changes to session formats, pricing, or availability at any time. Where changes affect an existing booking, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or refund where appropriate.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
