1:1 SESSIONS
In-person in Ferring, West Sussex · Online across the UK
We use the breath
to go beneath
the mind.
Then we go in together.
This isn't a technique session. It's a guided inner journey — shaped by you, by what you're carrying, by what's ready to move. Just you, me, and whatever's there.
No experience needed. No agenda. Just a willingness to arrive.
WHAT WOMEN SAY
"I would never have connected the memory from childhood with the block I have today."
THE WORK
Some of what we carry lives deeper than words can reach. We can talk about it for years and still feel it in the body — as tension, as patterns, as a low hum that never quite switches off. The breath reaches it. And once we're there, we go in together.
Two ways to work
together in a 1:1
CHOOSE YOUR SESSION
Both sessions use conscious connected breathwork and a guided inner journey. The difference is what happens at the close — and whether you need the deeper regulation that sound brings.

◯
I've been there
I know what it feels like to be running on empty while holding everything together. I've lived this — and I'm here to help you stop surviving and start coming back to yourself.
Healing that honours
your pace, your story
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
◈
Body-led, not fixing
This isn't talk therapy. We're not analysing or fixing. We're creating enough safety for the nervous system to let go of what it's been holding — at its own pace, in its own way.
◇
I've walked this path
I spent years in corporate life as a single parent — functioning on the outside, slowly falling apart inside. The breath was my doorway back. I do this work because I needed it.
MONTHLY GATHERING · FERRING, WEST SUSSEX
An evening to stop
holding everything
together.
The Evening Exhale is a monthly in-person gathering for women who need to put down what they've been carrying — even just for an evening. No words, no dialogue. Just the breath, the sound, and whatever wants to move.

THE EVENING EXHALE IS FOR YOU IF
You've been running
on empty — and your
body needs to exhale.
01
You've been holding everything together for so long you can't remember the last time you let yourself just stop — without guilt, without a to-do list, without your phone.
02
You're curious about breathwork but not ready for the depth of a 1:1 session. You want to feel what it's like first — in a safe, intimate, guided space.
03
You want to be in a room with other women doing this work. Not talking about it. Just breathing together — something quietly powerful happens in that shared space.
THE EVENING
How the evening
unfolds
Every Evening Exhale follows the same gentle arc — from arriving and settling, through the breath, into sound, and back to yourself.
01
Arriving
We settle in, find our space, and gently begin to leave the day behind.
02
Opening the Space
A short introduction and intention-setting — no preparation needed, just noticing where you are.
03
Conscious Connected Breathwork
The heart of the evening. A sustained, rhythmic breath practice that bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the body.
04
Sound Healing
Venus gong, crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls hold the space as the breath opens. The sound carries you deeper.
05
Integration & Close
We return gently — grounding, stillness, and space to notice what has moved before you carry it back into your evening.
"Something has shifted — and the experience was transformative. The start of a journey."
THE INSTRUMENTS
Sound healing that
holds the space
The sound isn't background music. It's a healing modality in its own right — using resonant frequencies to create the kind of deep nervous system safety that words alone can't always reach.
As the breath opens what has been held, the sound holds the container — supporting the body in processing, releasing, and landing what has shifted.
- Venus gong — deep, resonant frequencies that work at a cellular level
- Crystal singing bowls — chakra-mapped, pure tones for clarity and integration
- Tibetan bowls — grounding, earthy frequencies to bring you back to yourself
- Rain stick, wind chimes & rattle — used to open and close the space

COMMON QUESTIONS
Things women often
want to know first
Is breathwork safe? I'm worried about what might come up.
Yes. My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and designed to honour your nervous system. You are always in control, and I hold a safe, nurturing space for whatever arises — without pressure or judgement.
Do I need any experience with breathwork or meditation?
Not at all. Breathwork is accessible to everyone regardless of experience. I guide you through every step. All you need to do is arrive and breathe.
What should I expect after a session?
Most women feel lighter — like they've put down a weight. Calmer, more emotionally stable, more connected to themselves. Sometimes something surfaces in the days after — that's normal and part of integration.
What actually happens in a session?
We begin with a gentle check-in — no agenda, just noticing where you are. Then I guide you through a conscious connected breath practice that quiets the thinking mind and opens a doorway into the body.
How do I choose between the 1:1 sessions and the Evening Exhale?
The Evening Exhale is a beautiful introduction — a group setting, 90 minutes, £35. If you want dedicated 1:1 space to go deeper into your personal journey, the individual sessions offer that held, private container.
How many 1:1 sessions do I need?
Some women experience profound shifts in a single session. Others find the series of 3 allows the work to go deeper — with time between sessions to process and integrate what arises. We'll talk about what feels right on the discovery call.
