When you book a place at The Evening Exhale, I collect your full name, email address, emergency contact details, any relevant health notes, and your signed consent. I use this information solely to manage your participation and ensure your safety during the session.
Discovery call bookings
When you book a discovery call via Calendly, I collect your name, email address, and chosen appointment time. This is used only to confirm and manage your booking.
Direct enquiries
If you contact me by email, I will retain your message and contact details in order to respond to your enquiry.
