ABOUT NICKI
Hi, I'm Nicki. I live in Ferring, West Sussex with my husband James and our dog Luna. I'm drawn to the sea, the peace in nature, and the wisdom in stillness.

I used to be EXACTLY where you are and I believe every woman who walks through the door already has everything she needs — she's just been too busy surviving to hear it.

FERRING, WEST SUSSEX & ONLINE
"Working with women who are ready to stop surviving and start coming back to themselves."
THE BEGINNING
Slowly falling apart inside
I spent years as a single parent while holding down a busy corporate career. High-functioning. Capable. Managing it all on the outside. Slowly falling apart on the inside.

It didn't happen dramatically. It crept up slowly, over years, until the always-on, the bracing, the anticipating just felt like life.

My daughter's struggles were the catalyst that made me realise something had to change — and that change needed to start with me.
"I couldn't show up for her the way she needed. I had nothing left to give."
THE TURNING POINT
The breath gave me back to myself
The breath was the doorway back. Not as a technique to master — as a way of getting beneath the mind and into the body, where the real story was waiting.

What I found there wasn't breakdown. It was parts of me that had been holding fear, shame, and old survival patterns for decades — quietly running the show, long past the point they needed to. The work was in meeting those parts, not fighting them. Finding my way back to myself — one breath at a time.

That's what I now guide other women through, in bespoke 1:1 sessions and intimate group events.
"I do this so that other women don't have to wait as long as I did."

WHO I WORK WITH
Midlife women ready to
come back to themselves
You might be navigating a life transition — perimenopause, an empty nest, a career change, a relationship shift — while feeling more exhausted, more overwhelmed, and less like yourself than ever before.

Maybe you're the one everyone relies on. The one who copes, who manages, who keeps showing up — even when there's nothing left underneath. If that's you, you're not alone, and you don't have to keep living this way.
