Cancellation Policy

To book a session, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 Somatic Breath Session or 1:1 Somatic Breath & Sound Session, please give at least 24 hours' notice so your space can be offered to someone else. As The Evening Exhale is a small, capped group session (4 spaces), please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so your space can be offered to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations made after these windows, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If a session is fully booked, you're welcome to join the waitlist — you'll be notified as soon as a space becomes available.
